Hey Ed,
Thanks so much for the jerky, we really enjoyed it. The Ginger was my favorite, it is awesome, I would not mind it to be even a little more gingery. My daughter Tori thought the Teriyaki was the best, we all like that one. My Husband Tod’s favorite is the Jalapeno habanero one, he thought it had great flavor & nice hotness. The sweet black pepper one is also very good, it leaves a nice taste of pepper in your mouth, but has a sweet taste after you eat it. My only suggestion right now is to make the package easier to open, so it can be opened right after purchase & no need to find a scissors or use your teeth, which is not easy. I thought the packaging looked good. I really love your slogen " Nobody Beats My Meat". LOL!

I just wanted to write a quick note to let you know how much I love your beef jerky, especially the sweet black pepper! It is truly the best beef jerky I\'ve ever tried and extremely addictive!!!
I always tell myself I\'m only going to have one or two pieces, but as long as I have it in the house I keep going back for more! I know I\'m not the only one, because my husband is the same way and anyone we\'ve had try it can\'t get enough. I also love the way the jerky is cut as opposed to many of the store bought brands. I think it\'s perfect for snacking and for bringing out the flavor.

Well here is my review of ED'S ROADHOUSE JERKY :
I happen to be a big fan of jerky, tried to make it several times with no success but still trying. Today i recieved a package in the mail from ED'S ROADHOUSE, it contained a large bag of " L'il Sweet, Jalapeno, Habanero " jerky, 1 bottle of his Habanero Sunshine Pepper Sauce, 1 bottle of his Black Current Pepper Sauce, and 1 bottle of his dry spice...
the jerky is fantastic ! great flavour, nice medium-high heat level ( the more you eat, the hotter it gets ), and hard to put down. it came literally 15 minutes ago and its gone, thats how good it is....
the sauces :

love the flavour ! it came 15 minutes ago, and i have already spooned 1/3 of the bottle... really really nice taste.. i will order more for sure !
hang on i need another spoon of the stuff... wow ! when you taste it, its like a happy sauce..i love it.

Wow! Your jerky is abosoutely delicious. All the flavors are fabulous, especially the habenero. The texture is perfect, just the way I like it.

I asked my mom to order me some of your jerky a few weeks ago. It arrived about 3 days ago and was already gone yesterday. My buddies and I agree that it's the best jerky we've tasted! We also really appreciated the letter and doubling the order for no charge, that was
really great. As you asked, I attached 2 pictures of us enjoying your jerky, though I couldn't get them to crack a smile in the one, I hope
you don't mind, we are Marines. But rest assured those bags of jerky were gone in no time. Thank you again for your generosity and I will
look forward to getting much more of your jerky when I get back home to

i finally got around to trying your Habanero Dry Rub...
Its Fantastic !
I made of couple of 'Beer can' Chickens over the BBQ after brining the birds all night...
It is a very good blend of ingredients, spices and flavour...it also had a nice warming of the mouth the more you eat....
i had a full house of family members and did a little test on them to see which chicken they preferred
( something like a blind test ).
6 out 8 chose the bird with your rub vs the bird with the very popular 'Montreal Chicken Rub'
( sold in most supermarkets in Canada ).

The flavors you sent were a little too hot for a wimp like me, but I really enjoyed the stuff. I can’t think of anything that could be improved about this
jerky. It’s definitely the best jerky I’ve ever had.
My husband\'s cousin Tina, threw a \"Support the Troops\" party and a donation of Ed\'s Roadhouse Jerky was made. I just received
it yesterday and I can\'t say enough how awesome the jerky was. I shared it with the shop and the guys loved it! We had one package
hidden in a drawer and everyone\'s arguing over who gets it. The slogan was quite the talk of the shop too...\"Nobody Beats My Meat\".
